Returns & Warranty

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. To initiate a return, contact us at ops@mothsight.eu with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer; items without original packaging; products with broken tamper-evident seals; and any item classified as export-controlled that has been shipped internationally and cleared customs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Standard Warranty
All MothSight products carry a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects that arise under normal use conditions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact ops@mothsight.eu with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the item at our discretion. Warranty replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover: physical damage from drops or impacts; water damage beyond the product's rated IP specification; damage from use with incompatible accessories or power sources; consumable parts such as batteries; or products with removed or altered serial numbers.
