Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (EU)
Standard shipping within the European Union takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available on orders over €500.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the EU. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Export Restrictions
Certain products — including night vision and thermal imaging devices — are subject to export control regulations (ITAR/EAR). We are legally required to verify end-user eligibility before shipping internationally. Orders may be delayed pending compliance review. We do not ship restricted items to embargoed countries or prohibited end-users.
Shipping Carriers
We use DHL, DPD, and InPost for domestic shipments, and DHL Express or FedEx for international orders. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and order size.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ops@mothsight.eu. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
